you will be very satisfied with our High Availability and Disaster
Recovery software solutions, but in any case you are not fully
satisfied, you can return the ClusterReplica products within the
first ninety (90) days. We will refund the fees you paid for the
software license in full.

Refund Procedure
ClusterReplica
Products are eligible for a full refund on return within 90 days of
the purchase date.
In
order to process a return for an Electronic download product, please
follow the below steps:
- Request
a Software Letter of Destruction (LOD) via email to Xlink at sales@xlink.com
- A
LOD will be emailed to you, follow the instructions to fill out
and submit your LOD.
- Once
the LOD is received, we will begin processing your return within
3 business days.
